Server files inaccessible (x'ed out) when connecting via VPN

Colin Godby discovered this fix. People in PD were complaining that they couldn't access certain files when connected to the server in China over VPN. The fix is to go to Control Panel > Sync Center > Manage offline files. Click to disable offline files. What they were seeing is a sync conflict with files saved on their local machine.
