SAP Silverlight issues

There are two common problems with SAP users (on Macs): they log in, but they just get a blank window, or: they get a message to download Silverlight, which they've already done.

To resolve the first, find silverlight.plugin in Finder, delete it, reinstall Silverlight, restart Firefox, and log in again. 

For the second, go to the Tools menu, select Add-ons, find the Plug-ins tab, and Enable Silverlight.
